In case guests request a late check-in or an extended check-out date, it is important to communicate it to our property so that we can confirm if it is under our availability to make the change, otherwise the change will not be approved and it will be necessary to adhere to the check-in and check-out dates stipulated in the property.

In the event that late check-in or extended check-out additional charges will apply, our property team will communicate the exact value of these.

Please note that the property has a prepayment policy, so you may be asked to pay the full amount of your booking in advance at any time, once the booking has been confirmed.

Domestic guests requesting an invoice will be subject to a charge, which should be discussed immediately with the accommodations.

Arrivals outside check-in hours are subject to an extra charge of US$80 before 10 am and US$40 after 10 am. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.

Departures outside check-out times are subject to a surcharge of US$40 until 17:00 and US$80 after 17:00. All late check-out requests are subject to confirmation by the property.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
