Wide, warm and quiet environment to enjoy a comfortable stay. Sunlight from north orientation, great view, nice temperature, quiet due to termopanel windows, clean and equiped with stylish and quality furniture to offer you a great environment to rest and relax. Filtered water dispenser. King size bed (new mattress September 2024). 60 and 55 inches TVs with Netflix, free wifi.Cradle available for children under 3 years old. Air conditioning with air purifying system. Free underground parking included inside the building. You will inform brand, model, color and license plate of the vehicle. Acces to the apartment with electronic lock, an access code will be given to you prior to your arrival.

Located very close to Chile España (Line 3) subway station and close to Plaza Ñuñoa; place for enjoyment and fun where you can find Pubs and Restaurants with different kinds of foods. Varied commercial activity, clothing stores, supermarkets, banks, gyms, among others.
