Hello! Welcome! Discover an apartment located in an early 1900s house that blends history, modern design, and ocean views. This space offers warmth and comfort through a mix of original architectural elements and contemporary décor. It's designed for you to relax, work, or simply enjoy the city from a comfortable and well-located setting. The apartment is on the third floor, accessible by stairs that require a bit of effort but reward you with a spacious oceanfront terrace where you can watch Valparaíso's sunsets and feel the Pacific breeze. A place where history meets modern comfort, in the heart of one of the city's most iconic hills.

I was born in Valparaíso and love welcoming guests and getting to know them whenever possible. I enjoy making sure you have a great experience during your stay. If anything comes up or you need assistance, I'm always available to help. I'm happy to share recommendations and insights about the city.

Cerro Concepción was urbanized and built primarily by English and German immigrants in the first half of the 19th century. Along with Cerro Alegre and the surrounding areas, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2003. It is currently known for its blend of historic buildings and facades adorned by local and international artists. It also boasts a diverse range of shops catering to tourists. There are many points of interest, but simply wandering through its labyrinthine streets and stairways is an experience in itself.
