I personally Live in casona which is in the property grounds , today I run a transportation services and also a events center called CLA - Casona Lo Aguirre , since I am in the process of major remodeling every where all the time , its endless , I am always around Yo el dueño vivo en Casona Lo Aguirre que se encuentra proximo a The White House , siempre estoy yo o alguien para resolver , el concepto es tranquilidad y privacidad en toda la propiedad

This place has a lot of history, its been in my own family for 110 years and has been the house of the farm manager for 50 years in the past after a major remodeling , which today becomes a guest house which can acomódate 2 Pax per room (3 rooms) or the whole house , due to pandemic we will only offer one room per night of your choice and not allowing other guest to reserve or you may request the whole house which will be the addition of all rooms Este chalet es una antigua casa de adobe , típica chilena de campo rústico , sus comodidades son básicas pero abundantes y muy apto para familias numerosas ( Max 9 ) o bien por habituación del cual hay 3 - 4 , una de las habitaciones tiene un pieza adicional para niños , debido a pandemia , solo ofreceremos una de las 3 habitaciones , para minimizar interactuar con otras reservas en la mismas fechas , por lo tanto practicaste es el chalet exclusivo según la habitación reservada para el numero de personas reservadas

Neighborhood info

The best thing about being here is that your are in farm land and very close by to the small town of El Monte , it has a lots of history and is a charming typical chilean small town of El Monte , where today has all the basic needs , we are only 35 minutes from Santiago or from the coast line , Nov. through April we have very nice weather in the summer , better than the coast line , its always sunny here..we are only 30 minute away from cruise pier of San Antonio In the colder month this is a retreat and well like all old house we do depend on fire places to heat , how ever every room has Electric heating , during pandemic - 2020 hopefully advert quarantine os over this may be a good place to retreat
