APARTMENT Our lovely apartment is located in the highest standard international neighborhood. Key benefits: lovely scenery of the Huangpu River, the Suzhou garden just downstairs, only 6min walk to the Bund, and safe and clean indoor/outdoor environment; Modern fitted kitchen & minibar: electric appliances inc. fridge-freezer, cold wine cabinet, washing machine, oven, dishwasher etc. It is fully equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay; Heating and cooling options: floor heating and wall heaters, air conditioning and fresh air system; Onsite fitness club: swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and squash ball court etc (chargeable and managed by the 3rd party, exclusive to the residence and our guests).

Neighborhood info

SURROUNDINGS You can enjoy all the amenities on your doorstep, including pubs, international and local shops, and some nice cuisine options of easten and westen food. Also it’s a very short distance from the Bund, along which an easy and pleasant walk path is recommended to reach the three skyscrapers, as probably the best way of exploring the modern Shanghai.
