Colombian residents living abroad, as well as foreign guests, qualify for a tax exemption when purchasing a tourist package that includes both accommodation and services. To receive this benefit, travelers must present a valid Visa TP‑11 or Permiso Temporal de Permanencia‑5 upon arrival.

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorisation. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.
