With a private, gated entrance you will enter your own little green front yard. Follow the red brick path and enter Casa Bella Vista, our family friendly, spacious, modern, and recently renovated vacation house! Our 152 m2/1636 square feet property consists of 4 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms contain Queen size bed (150x200cm/ 5’0”x6’8”), one bedroom contains a double bed (140x190cm/4’6”x6’2”) and two of the bedrooms contain two single beds. One Queen bed bedroom has AC, the rest have ceiling fans. With brand new mattresses as of December 2023, you will sleep peacefully in newly custom-made beds built by my father. The bathroom is spacious and modern(not hot water) We have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and cabinets also custom-made by my father, with everything you could possibly need. A kitchen table with 4 chairs is a perfect nook for breakfast/lunch, and the living room contains a very comfortable couch and a smart tv with cabel. 
Behind sliding doors by the couch, you will find the laundry room with a washer and a dryer. In our green front yard, you will find drying lines as well.
