Ideal for a family vacation or couples retreat, this home offers updated amenities, fantastic outdoor spaces, a refreshing pool, and a large lot with a soccer field for younger guests. You'll also be just a short drive from several local attractions including beautiful parks, coffee plantation tours, and the amazing Poas Volcano. This open and airy vacation rental features a well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating to make meal prep a breeze. Dine at the nearby table for six or step outside for a perfect alfresco experience on the patio. Out here, swim in your sparkling pool, soak up the sunshine, gather on the shaded patio on relaxing afternoons, or head up to the elevated deck and take in the view. You'll also find mango trees on-site if you want to savor their sweet nectar during your stay. Back inside, the main living area boasts a soaring ceiling, cool terracotta tiled floors, and plenty of comfortable seating, while a second living area located in the adjacent hallway offers a cable-equipped TV for chill evenings in. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parties are not allowed on the property. The maximum capacity is 8 people, and no guests are permitted. Music volume must be lowered after 11:00 PM.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
