We are a hostel located in the center of the community of Rìo Cuarto, Alajuela where our goal is to make you feel like family, we like to share both our culture and the natural wealth that our Zone has.

Río Cuarto is the 16th canton of the province of Alajuela, Costa Rica. It is the most recent canton in the country, to be promoted to such after agreement of the Legislative Assembly in second debate on Thursday March 30, 2017,1 2 and was segregated from the canton of Greece, although it was not bordering with him. It is located north of the Poás Volcano. It limits the north and the west with the canton of San Carlos, the east with the canton of Sarapiquí and the south with the cantons of Alajuela and Valverde Vega. Its head, the city of Río Cuarto, is located 70.8 km north of San Jose, the nation's capital. The type of vegetation is typical of the Humid Tropical Forest, which is characterized by the presence of trees up to 40 meters high, ferns, epiphytic plants and mosses. The area also has abundant fruit plantations, ornamentals and medicinal plants. Its climate is humid temperate, between 16ºC to 28ºC, depending on the locality. The water resource in the area is also abundant; proof of this is the presence of high waterfalls, lagoons, rivers and frequent waterfalls. And the climate is cool and pleasant, although a little rainy at this time of year.
