Jungle Glory Home Arriba (upper) is gorgeous and comfortable. It's an ample-sized home nestled on a one-acre estate bordering Manuel Antonio National Park. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy while you sip your smooth Costa Rican coffee or herbal tea on the viewing deck or patio. The home features a large zero-entry private pool for you and your family to enjoy after your day at the beach or on other excursions. Tour companies will pick you up and deliver you back to the estate. The neighborhood is a wonderful traditional barrio with many locals and expats. Roosters crow, monkeys howl, children play, and families walk to and from their destinations. For privacy and sound barrier, the property has a 10-foot tall solid concrete wall with an electric-powered metal gate that borders the upper part of the property. This gives guests a sense of being snuggled in a private paradise. Jungle Glory Homes are just a couple of miles from excellent beaches, restaurants, and other amenities. The road and driveway are paved, making access easy. Enjoy, relax, and be open to the Pura Vida lifestyle!

Welcome to Jungle Glory Arriba! Upon check-in, your host and property manager, Chris, will greet you at the house. He will give you a tour and provide information regarding the area. He can help you schedule tours and activities and is a fantastic surf instructor if you'd like to take lessons. Chris can schedule an in-house massage or bring in a private chef. Chris can make anything you want or need happen! It's best to contact him in advance if you'd like to schedule tours, as they tend to book up quickly during the high season. If you have any issues with the house, please contact Chris. He will respond quickly and address the matter at hand. He will turn your stay into an amazing experience!

Jungle Glory Home Arriba is located in a traditional Costa Rican neighborhood about 1.5 miles from the center of Manuel Antonio and 2 miles from the spectacular beaches and the entrance to the National Park. The one-acre Estate borders a nature preserve, which is the park's back border. The Jungle Glory Homes Estate appreciates an abundance of wildlife due to its unencumbered Jungle providing home to three species of monkeys (yes, the howler monkeys go off bright and early): deer, small mammals, Scarlet McCaws, Toucans, Mot Mot, Green Parrots and much more! The Estate has a 10-foot concrete wall with a metal gate that provides privacy and noise reduction along the roadside. The neighbors are a friendly mix of locals and tourists. A polite smile and wave will help you connect to the community. Costa Ricans are polite and lovely people. Please try to embrace the culture and Pura Vida lifestyle. Neighbors laugh, play music, ride bikes, and visit on their doorsteps and along the road. If this sounds uncomfortable, please stay at a security guard gated resort. I'm a single woman who often stays at the property alone and have never once felt unsafe. It's a remarkable neighborhood off the beaten path, yet close enough to town and beaches to get there in 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes by walking. Cerdo Feliz (right up the road) is a fantastic traditional food restaurant that will deliver to the house, and a small, well-stocked grocery store is next to the restaurant.
