Papaya Lodge is a unique local experience near a
traditional Costa Rican village.
Its location by Tenorio National Park, one of the most preserved Park in Costa Rica, makes it an ideal place to rest and recharge while enjoying the peacefulness and magic of the rainforest and Rio Celeste.
Fall asleep to the sound of the jungle and wake up to tropical birdsongs. Enjoy the toucans, colibris and tropical birds. You may also sight a sloth or monkeys while enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace.
Escape to this very confortable and nicely decorated wood cabin with hot shower, a basic kitchen and a beautiful furnished terrace. You can observe tropical birds of the rainforest, especially Toucans who come really close to the house if you put some bananas on our feeder. You may also spot monkeys or a sloth as well as squarels.
Whether you're a family, a couple or with friends, it's a unique experience to stay in such a different place and surrounding than your home.
The lodge offers a queen size bed and two single beds with mosquitoes nets.
Every window is also equipped with screen.
