We are a family of four and live on the surrounding 40-acre property where we manage a small organic farm and fruit orchard. When we aren't planting or roaming around the finca, we enjoy surfing, hiking, and exploring this amazing little country we call home!

Villaloslaureles is a unique property consisting of 5 beautiful modern homes surrounded by 40-acres of lush tropical forest and wildlife preserve near one of the most beautiful palm-lined beaches in Costa Rica! Each home has a private pool and a private internal garden with an outdoor shower. Each room is also private with expansive windows that open to amazing views of the surrounding tropical landscape.

Neighborhood info

Playa Bejuco is centrally located, just 2 hours from Juan Santa Maria Intl Airport, close to markets, restaurants, and national parks! It is home to beautiful beaches that are perfect for leisurely strolls, surfing, horseback riding, or simply enjoying one of the most awe-inspiring sunsets you've ever seen. There are some great restaurants within a mile from the property and many others in the towns of Jaco, Quepos, and Manuel Antonio. We are always happy to recommend our favorites! Please note that, although the property is centrally located, we highly suggest renting a car. The beaches and restaurants are close but not walking distance.
