This property was built to a high standard, with careful attention to detail, with the intention of offering more than just a place to stay—rather, a space to disconnect, feel inspired, and enjoy a sense of calm. Located 30 minutes from Perez Zeledon regional airport, this is a modern 2400 sq. ft. home where you will wake up every morning to the sound of birds. The half-acre lawn complements the house with flowers and several varieties of fruit trees that are in season at different times of the year. From the porch, you can hear the sound of the creek that passes through the property while looking at the magnificent trees that reveal the beauty of the rain forest. On the lower floor are the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, laundry room, one bathroom, and the garage. Also, there is the main porch where the swimming pool and jacuzzi are located and a second porch in the main entrance of the house with the view to the mountains. The master bedroom and second bathroom are located on the second floor with access to the main balcony and a second small balcony also with the view of the mountains.

In the center of Cajón, just 5 minutes away, you’ll find supermarkets including Pali, a butcher shop, a bakery, and a local fruit stand with fresh produce. For added convenience, food delivery (express) is available, and the local pharmacy also offers express service. San Isidro is only 25 minutes away, featuring great restaurants and a vibrant farmers market on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
