These two brand-new apartments, each 118 sqm, were completed in August 2025. They’re in top condition with an open-plan layout that feels welcoming and easy to enjoy. Every detail has been chosen with care – from the colors and furniture to the finishes – to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Even though the location is right in the city center, the double soundproof windows keep it calm and quiet, giving you the chance to fully unwind. The apartments come fully furnished with modern kitchens, cozy living areas, and stylish bathrooms. Located on the 3rd and 4th floors, they get plenty of natural light and are designed to make your short-term stay both comfortable and memorable.

The apartments are located on Avenida de Sao Vicente, one of the most well-known streets in the heart of Palmarejo. Here you’re surrounded by everything you need – cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are just around the corner. Across the street you’ll even find two of the city’s most famous restaurants: Secret Iberico and Lágrima Negra. It’s an easy walk to many of Praia’s highlights: only 650 m to Praça Center, 1.2 km to Praia Shopping, and 1.5 km to the beautiful Quebra Canela beach. A bus stop is just 20 meters from the building, with direct connections to Plateau and Sucupira, making it simple to explore the whole city.
