Sandra is an amazing host, she has transformed the apartments into a safe haven and a place where you can relax and enjoy your stay. The environment is so clean and the decorations have an artistic touch, underlining local culture. Fresh and delicious breakfast is served every day.

The staff were very amazing and welcoming,the housekeeping service staff are always doing the cleaning and keeping the environment very clean,the restaurant is perfect and the location of the hotel is very easy to find,In my general overview,I give a 5 star ⭐ to all the staff and management,nice job and keep it up

Great hotel, just 20 minutes by car from Serra Malagueta. The building is fun and unique, built on several levels. The rooms are huge, the hot water is amazing, and the views from the windows are beautiful. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so so nice!! The owner was super helpful and even made me honey and lemon drinks a few times because I had a sore throat—so kind 😊 I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

One of the nicest hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was incredible in every way, and they surprised my wife with a homemade birthday cake (without being prompted, they literally just noticed it on her ID from check-in!). The location of this hotel is beyond exceptional for Tarrafal, you cannot do better. The rooms were larger than expected and included beach towels which was great. The food was nice and obviously easy since it was downstairs.

The breakfast was quite good and diverse, with many options to choose from. The location is good, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The place is very clean. The location is as good as you can get. I was really pleased that I was able to shut out every bit of sunlight coming into the room, which made it much easier to sleep at night.

Could I list them ? Everything was perfect in this hotel, from the location to those beautiful rooms with Mountain View. And the staff ? Claudia our ‘coup de coeur ♥️’ the first French speaker we’ve met on our entire trip. Language Skills aside, she’s just the sweetest and got great managerial skills. Her staff and her made the stay really safe and fun ! Thats why we stayed longer than planned Everything is nearby, We visited around without a car.. People in Tarrafal are really kind

Customer Friendly Service, Good and Clean Environment 😍

The location in the very center of the village in proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was nice. The facility looks new and well-maintained. A good and substantial breakfast was offered. A terrace on the roof with a view of the Monte Graciosa and the village, two hammocks, nice flowers, and a pergola were a great addition.

The fact that she caters to every one and engages in conversations with them as well.
