The apartment is brand new with an excellent finish, a living room with lots of natural light and very cozy with a contemporary decor. The building has an elevator and the apartment itself without steps, which is excellent for people with reduced mobility. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the beach.

I am very friendly, simple, outgoing, love socializing and exchanging experience and culture. I get along with everyone, I've lived and worked abroad for more than 30 years. I speak Russian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Kriolu and a bit of Japanese and German.

The area is very calm, surrounded by shops, bank, restaurants, coffee houses and Library, police station and health center. The post office is on the same building and it's a 10 min. from the beach.
