The street is surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, with a paved road and a quiet neighbourhood. The building is brand new, inaugurated this year. Here you’ll find comfort and privacy. The rooftop offers a private pool and an incredible open space with two distinct views — one overlooking the main road and the other facing the beach, where you can enjoy a stunning sunset. The space is perfect for hosting friends and creating memorable moments, with comfortable seating, a spacious area, a built-in oven for a delicious barbecue, and a bathroom with direct access to the rooftop. In the private area, you’ll find a minibar, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a sofa. The bedroom features a very comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. The building includes a lift, easy access, and convenient parking without any constraints. ✨ NOTE: As a special bonus, guests enjoy free access to Netflix — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
