This fully renovated apartment is located in the amazing Kapparis area! ! Kapparis is a great fun all year around holiday resort which neighbours with Pernera and Protaras. There are plenty of bars and restaurants as well as a selection of beautiful small and friendly beaches with crystal clear water. As Kapparis is so compact usually a hire car is not needed. If you want to go to the neighbouring resorts of Pernera or Protaras and even a little further to Ayia Napa then a regular bus service is available or a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride. The apartment is located only 3.5 km to the area of Protaras (5 min by car) and around 15km from Ayia Napa (15 min by car)! In the apartment you will find anything you might need! A living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa, a kitchen with all necessary appliances as well as 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds!

I also love travelling and it would really be my pleasure to give you any advice or recommendations you might need during your stay! I will make sure that you get to see the best of Cyprus!

In the same building there is a quiet bar downstairs where you can enjoy your drinks but also have food. You can also enjoy ice-cream at the local shop. There are two supermarkets (Best Value and Siapanis Supermarket). If you are in the mood for some Italian food, why not go to Just Italian Restaurant? If you would like to enjoy some seafood, then we would really recommend Karras Tavern which is located just opposite the apartment! We would also recommend going to Faliros restaurant which is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment! If you would like to try some traditional Cypriot food then you could go to Tony's Cyprus Tavern! There is everything... just within 5 min walk from the apartment!
