Property info

A.Maos is a family run hotel located shortly after the entry into Ayia Napa. It is easily accessible from the motorway or Paralimni town. Being a few minutes walk, away from the center, is ideal for family holidays at the beginning or end of summer. But is also a perfect resort for younger guests who usually come during July and August to enjoy the intense night life of Ayia Napa. All rooms have balcony and they are equipped with cooking facilities, TV, a fridge, bathroom or shower, Air-Condition(free of charge). Please note that the type of one bedroom and the superior one bedroom apartment featured 2 units of air condition (bedroom and living room) . Most of the rooms are fully renovated in 2018/2019. Total no of rooms is 49, only 10 of them are not renovated yet. Wifi is free in the rooms and all the public areas. Please note that free private parking is available (limited space). Free public parking is available 50 meters from the hotel (reservation is not possible).

Neighborhood info

The A. Maos, is located at Ayia Napa's north entry, if coming from the motorway. It is only 45 minutes drive, from Larnaca's airport. Furthermore, It's only a short, walking distance from the center, where the bars and clubs are and away enough, from the center's noise. A few meters away, there are two traditional Cypriot taverns. Twenty (20) minutes walk, you are at the "Paradise beach". Eight (8) minutes drive, you are at the "Nissi beach". Fifteen (15) minutes drive you are at the Water-park, or the Konnos bay - beach and so much more to explore! Anyone from our staff, is more than happy to advise, for places to visit. Make sure you have enough days to explore as many places, as possible. Katsarka beach, Macronissos beach, Potamos Liopetriou, the Sea-caves, the Cape Greco, or even a day-trip to the Troodos mountain area! The list, is endless!
