Our Flat is ideal for families with kids or up to 4 people. This comfortable flat is located 70mtrs off Nissi Ave on Kennedy Rd. and is within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet in a relatively quiet area of Ayia Napa. We can also provide you with pickups and drop-offs at the airport. You’ll love our place because of its location and coziness. SORRY, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. WE PROVIDE FREE ELECTRICITY UP TO 15 kWh PER NIGHT (free 5 euros per night), WHICH IS PLENTY FOR A NORMAL USE OF THE FLAT. - IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS AT THE PROPERTY AND WE RECEIVE THE PAYMENTS FROM OUR GUESTS. NOT BOOKINGCOM. WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR BOOKING, WE WILL ASK YOU FOR A SMALL PREPAYMENT OF ONE HUNDRED EUROS TO CONFIRM AND SECURE YOUR RESERVATION. THE REST OF THE AMOUNT IS PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE HAVE TO KNOW IF A GUEST IS REAL, BECAUSE MANY TIMES PEOPLE MAKE RESERVATIONS, AND NEVER SHOW UP, AND WE END UP WITH AN EMPTY FLAT. Neighborhood info

Situated just off Nissi Avenue it is just a 2-minute walk to the bars, restaurants, clubs, and beach and 10 minutes walk to the main square of Ayia Napa and the harbor area. Regular buses can be taken from Nissi Avenue to the Waterpark, the neighboring resort of Protaras and the town of Paralimni. If you would like a "day by the pool", a swimming pool is available on the premises. Ayia Napa attracts a large number of tourists and features some of the best beaches on the island. Watersports such as water skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, and speedboats are available. Just outside Ayia Napa, there are many excellent beaches with great facilities. The key is to explore and discover. Transfers from Larnaca airport can be arranged at competitive prices. Please contact us for further details.
