I would like to welcome guests in to our modern 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in the heart of Pernera Crystal Lagoon Complex, within 5 minutes walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is an ideal option for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach. Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living and kitchen area. There is a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, a dining table seating 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. Lounge doors leads out to the pool and patio doors lead to the garden area. There is also a W/C and a shower on this floor. Upstairs, the villa has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Main cosy bedroom Is with a double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and the third room a double bed. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C. Outside, the villa has a large private pool and a garden area with sun loungers and patio furniture. Overall our home is a lovely villa in a great location. A great place to stay for an enjoyable holiday. I look forward to welcoming you to help create a perfect holiday!!

We are located in the beautiful area of Pernera, The main shops are few mins walk away with some of the best beaches on the Island. Villa Flory is located in the gated complex Crystal Lagoon.
