The property is a house, originally built in 1955, that boasts many aspects of traditional Cypriot architecture. It is split into two independent apartments, that have been partially renovated to provide guests with the comfort of modern day amenities and facilities. Both apartments have old school charm, and have been decorated to provide a cosy, homey feeling. The bedrooms of both apartments are located towards to the back of the property, which is very quiet. All bedrooms also benefit from either blackout shutters or blackout blinds.
The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood in the city centre, within the Venetian walls. It is located only a few moments from the Statue of Liberty in Nicosia. There are many restaurants, cafes and attractions that are only a short walk away.
There is a farmer's market near the property every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
