Stay in this luxurious apartment and live like a true local in Nicosia. We're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Our rental comes with studio, a kitchen and living room that you're free to use any time. AC, Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly workspace -- we've got everything you need. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with 2 washing machines, two dryers and two irons with ironing boards and guests can use them for free, but they must use their own detergents for the washing machine. There is a large sofa in the living room that can be used for sleeping by a small child or infant. Baby highchairs are also available upon request free of charge. There are fire extinguishers on all floors outside the apartments. Face masks are available upon request. Visitors are not allowed.
