Our goal is to offer value for money inexpensive accommodation in private rooms (not hostel type), with first class hospitality emphasizing on high hygiene and cleaning standards. This is a small guest house with limited facilities and not a big hotel with lots of common areas. We give our emphasis to very clean modern, private, practical rooms with comfortable beds and new furniture as this is where guests will rest. We maintain all areas "sparkling clean" as more of our guests remark in their reviews :) No kitchenette facilities in the rooms. Shareable facilities common to all rooms are a lobby with a dinning table and TV, a refrigerator and a small kitchenette with a toaster, microwave oven, kettle and basic cutlery. You can prepare your own coffee or tea and enjoy our croissants or biscuits which are complimentary. No meals cooking facilities. There quite a few coffee shops, restaurants/bars in the area. Also a convenient kiosk. Historic city center and central bus station are just 25 minutes stroll and the nearest bus station is 2 minutes walk.

Excellent location in close proximity of the old city center (25 minutes by foot), bus stop (2 minutes by foot), all kind of shops, services, amenities and parks. Free 24 hour street parking.
