In this stylish home you will find all you need for a relaxing break. It has spacious rooms, private swimming pool, a delightful garden, private parking and a barbecue area. The main room in the villa is the large lounge and includes a dining area for 8 people, perfect for entertaining or family get- togethers. At the top floor of the villa are situated three bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a separate bathroom/WC. The house itself has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hub, microwave, toaster, kettle. WiFi is available in all areas of the house and it's free of charge. This modernly furnished villa is air conditioned throughout. The villa is only 3 minutes walking distance from fireman's beach and kapparis beach. This is an excellent villa option for families, just 3 minutes away from the sandy beaches of Kapparis.

Neighborhood info

The resort area of Kapparis is located between the larger resort of Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. Whilst smaller than the neighbouring areas of Protaras and Pernera, it has become a popular destination for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sea and tourist amenities but also be able to relax on holiday in a quiet location. Kapparis has a number of local and international restaurants and bars and is popular for its clean and sandy coves and beaches which are especially suitable for families with small children. The three main beaches are Fireman’s Beach, Malama Beach and Ayia Triada Beach. Each one is picturesque in its own way, with shallow, clean waters and soft sand. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent at each beach with a selection of food and drink facilities within easy reach. For those who want to explore the area, car hire is readily available or why not make use of the local bus service which passes frequently from the outskirts of Kapparis into the nearby resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa during the summer months. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a chilled atmosphere, Kapparis is a great destination.
