Grandma's House is a family-run holiday home, renovated recently. It is located away from the crowds, close to tourist destinations, in a quiet residential neighborhood in Liopetri Village. The family house is non-smoking, features 3 bedrooms on the first floor with a common bathroom/wc, all with ceiling fans and all bedrooms with new air condition. On ground floor there is a large living room with a flat screen local channels TV and new air condition, a small toilet room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a small laundry/kitchen place. There is a big yard around the house with grass and fruitful trees and an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the house offers metal shutters on the windows and thick curtains. Liopetri village is 35 minutes driving from Larnaca Airport, 12' from Ayia Napa Marina with private Yachts parking, 15' from tourist resort Ayia Napa-10' from Blue Flag Beaches, 20' from tourist resort Protaras, 8' to Liopetri River with Fish Restaurants. Liopetri village center is 10 minutes walk away from bakery, bars, coffee places…

The house is a perfect choice for couples, relatives visiting family, business travellers, yaching boat friends and for those looking to explore the area around and don't want the noise of the tourist resort or city on night time. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood. On morning time you can listen the chirping of the birds, chickens cluck etc. The village has everything you need for a great relax holiday. Several restaurants serve traditional food in reasonable price. There is bakery, supermarkets, coffee places and bars. Also in the middle of the village you can see the medieval monastery of the Virgin Mary (Ayia Panayia) a reminder of how the village of Liopetri has developed over the years. Near Liopetri there is a River, called Liopetri River with small fishing boats and restaurants with fresh fishes. In the surround area you can find the best tourist attractions like famous beaches, Museums, Parks, archaeological churches between 10 to 20 driving minutes. It's better for you to rent a car so you can go anywhere you want around the area. Busses are not passing often and riding a bicycle out of the village it's not safe.
