Seana House is a cosy 2-storey townhouse with 2 bedrooms situated in the Kyklades Resort in Kapparis surrounded by landscaped gardens with all amenities just around the corner: restaurants, bus stop, supermarket, ice cream parlour and only 700m from Malama beach and the famous Kalifi Beach Bar (8 minutes walking) and 6km to Fig Tree Bay. The Resort features 2 outdoor pools, pool bar, children's pool and playground, tennis courts, a wellness centre with spa services and free gym entrance for tenants (upon request). The space Seana House is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends up to 5 people. It is fully airconditioned and offers free WiFi, a Smart TV and private parking on site. Seana house features a cosy living and dining area, two bedrooms and a private veranda with swimming pool access. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, water dispenser, clothes washing machine and a frape coffee machine! Seana house provides air-condition units in each of the rooms and ceiling fans in the main bedroom, kitchen and living area. Seana house is equipped with a private bathroom with a bath with hot water and water pressure and an extra toilet downstairs. Towels and bed linen are provided. Hair dryer, iron, clothes racks and drying rack for clothing are also available. Pets are not allowed in the Resort. Please also note that smoking is not allowed in the house
