Entire property - One bedroom apartment - NOT share! cozy and recent renovated, very close to the beach, supermarkets, bust station (just outside of the apartment), kiosk (just across the street), pharmacy, bar, pubs, Friendly environment, with a beautiful garden full of trees (such us lemon trees etc) and flowers. It has also plenty of parking place just in front of the apartment and it's free! We are looking forward to welcoming our quests and are always ready, willing and able to help out with the best of insider knowledge! Kapparis and Pernera are 2 min driving away, Protaras 7 min driving away ,Ayia Napa - 15 min driving away. First Beach you find is "Trinidy Beach" or "Ayia Triada" beach and you can go on foot (15 min walking away). Free:Aircondition,Wi-Fi,coffee,tea Iron,Hair Dryer,TV Also Parking in front of the house
I always look forward to welcome my quests and I'm always ready , willing and able to help out with the best of insider knowledge, since I have lived the biggest part of my life in the area. (Paralimni, Protaras, Ayia Napa). So, I am an insider on what's happening around, including clubs, restaurants, which are the best beaches, special events etc.
Quiet neighborhood, safe area, very good neighbors. Cross the house is a bus station, (50 meters away), a Supermarket (Europe supermarket), also a petrol Station, and about 1km away there is a bakery (Zorbas) where is open 24 hours per day and there you can find homemade food, coffee, sweets, etc and the first beach (Ayia Triada beach) is about 2km away. Also Sirena bay beach is about 2 km away.
