Its located on Nissi Avenue in the heart of Ayia Napa. The fully self-catering apartments offer everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Ayia Napa! Just 100 metres from the closest beach and 400m from a large pool and gym where you will have full use. All rooms are fitted with tiled floors and soft colours. All apartments have open-plan bedrooms with living and dining areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including oven, 4 burner hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. The modern bathrooms come with walk-in showers. Nissi Avenue Suites is extremely close also to the bustling nightlife of Ayia Napa. Nissi Avenue Suites is located 0.1 mi from Katsarka Beach and 0.4 mi from the Port. Nissi beach is just a 10 minute walk also, Larnaca International Airport is at a distance of 35 mi.
