Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

This Brand New contemporary villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay. The villas open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with full satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to the landscaped garden, BBQ and pool area outside. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which have balconies with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds.

The villa is located in the most central location of Protaras strip and it is close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and just few steps from the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. It is in an excellent central location within easy walking distance to all amenities.
