Situated within a 700 m² private garden, our 150 m², 2‑storey villa with 2 separate entrances features 2 double bedrooms, a sea‑view veranda, free Wi-Fi, and free private parking. Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator, an 85-inch large-screen TV, a spacious and bright living room, a large sofa and additional beds in the living area, air conditioning in every room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 WCs. The comfortable, air‑conditioned accommodation also includes soundproofing. The property also offers an outdoor dining area. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the barbecue facilities and dine on your private balcony.
