Protaras Sunrise Beach Holiday Villa is a modern and spacious 3-bedroom villa located in the heart of Protaras and just a few steps from Sunrise Beach and all amenities. The house offers partial sea views, 150 square meters of living space an outdoor private pool, BBQ as well as a roof terrace. The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and a veranda with good seaviews overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also offers a double sofa-bed so the villa can comfortably sleep eight guests, baby cots are also available on request. Further up there is a spacious roof terrace offering excellent views of the sea. Protaras Sunrise Beach Holiday Villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, furnished to the highest quality and offers all modern appliances, free high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels. Listed prices include 250KWh of electricity which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional consumption is charged at Euro 0.40 per Kwh

Located on the Central Protaras Strip just a 100m from Sunrise Beach, a child-friendly, Blue Flag, white sand and crystal clear blue water beach offering all facilities and amenities you would require. The famous Fig Tree Bay is about 3 minutes'walk with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months. Being in the centre of everything you can expect some noise but this is the price you have to pay for being in the centre of everything and just a few steps from some of the best beaches of the Mediterranean.
