Protaras Sunrise Zen is an elegant, seafront 3-bedroom villa, located in a quiet area on the coast of Protaras and offering excellent sea views, a private pool and a large lawn-covered garden. Situated less than a minute’s walk from a small and tranquil beach and about 10 minutes’ walk from Fig Tree Bay and Central Protaras Strip, Sunrise Zen is in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise. The ground floor offers an open plan area with a spacious and modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large island and integrated dining table, a living room equipped with comfortable sofa set, fireplace and a guest toilet. On the upper floor the villa offers three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers a large double bed and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom also offers a double bed while the third bedroom offers two single beds. This villa is a sea front property situated in the most affluent area of Protaras right by the sea. The nearest beach is just a minute’s walk away and is a small tranquil beach with crystal clear waters where you can often spot caretta caretta turtles.
