Welcome. We are located right in the city centre and have been providing rental accommodation since 2015, with a break in 2018 when we exclusively serviced a large corporate client. Over time, Sofouli Suites have developed a reputation for providing high-standard accommodation at competitive prices. Our guests also value our relaxed, family-like approach. Sofouli Suites currently include six apartments and an office right next door, which serves as a reception.
Sofouli Street is a short, one-way road in the very centre of Nicosia. You will find all amenities nearby. Of particular interest might be local restaurants and fish taverns, gourmet coffee shops, lovely boutiques, a pharmacy, car rental, and many convenience stores. Everything is on your doorstep, including the best archaeological museum in Cyprus, the theatre, Ledra Street, and most government offices. On behalf of our team, I would be delighted to welcome you to Sofouli Suites and help you make your upcoming trip to Nicosia as easy and comfortable as possible.
