Spacious 2-bedroom flat located in a quiet neighborhood, at Nearchou Klirides Street, Agioi Omologites. An Amazing location. Less than 1.5 km from the Centre of Nicosia with easy walking distance access to nice places. 10 min walk to Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Aperitivo Jet Lounge, Cito Gourmet, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and convenient stores. One min walk to a city park, the Head Offices of KPMG, AIG, & Atlantic Insurance. A big living room, open plan/bar kitchen, bathroom and two spacious separate bedrooms with King size beds. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with all usual kitchen appliances. (fridge, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave) Everything you need for a perfect stay. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV. A good-sized veranda where you can relax outside. A covered parking space also comes with the flat. Clean linen, bedding, and towels are all included. Its on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. The flat will be carefully cleaned, sanitized and prepared prior to your arrival. Complementary face masks & hand sanitizer. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited. Upon request, a Maid for cleaning can be arranged during your stay

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Friendly people, good school district, clean and spacious local park, overall excellent place to live !!! Lots of trees.
