A tastefully furnished apartment, with attention to details and colours. The unbeatable location of the apartment is founded in Kapparis Avenue, close to Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa, perfect for those looking for a relaxing, functional and high standard accommodation, with access to the reputable and stunning beaches of Cyprus, and its known for, nightlife. Our first priority is for our guests to enjoy their holidays in Cyprus, without them worrying about anything regarding their stay in our apartment. And that is why our apartment is fully furnished with everything that the average house would include. Long term holidays are available.

Neighborhood info

On the opposite side of the apartment there is swimming pool that you can use, as well as a cafeteria/restaurant which you can enjoy a variety of Cypriot dishes. Next to the apartment there is a supermarket, and the famously Cypriot bakery 'Zorbas' with its deliciously sweets and pies. Furthermore, shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and kiosks are within a 3-minute walk. A bus stop that goes to Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa stops nearby. Car rentals are also on the opposite side of the apartment. We provide a free parking space as well. The famous 'Malama' beach with the must visit Kalifi Beach Bar is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and it is highly recommended. Give it a look and tell us what you think.
