Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, located in a lively neighborhood, close to all amenities. Walking distance from the walled city of Nicosia (10'), on the top of the longest park of the capital and the Pedieos river, this spacious renovated apartment is the perfect choice for families and business people.. Conveniently located on the main road, bus stops 1 min away, restaurants and clubs are short walking distance, the European university and embassies are just 10' walk away. **Please note that, in certain circumstances, the property may require a refundable security deposit, particularly for last-minute reservations. If applicable, a secure payment link will be sent through the messaginf applicationof the reservation. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that the property is inspected and no damages or violations are found. Please be aware that refusal to pay the required security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Neighborhood info

The Bridge-House is located on the top of the Linear park so guests can access this lovely park from the parking area. The length of it is 10.5km one way and it is fully lit at night so it offers the perfect evening walks to cool down after a long and hot summer day. In the building there is a pharmacy, a small coffee shop and a pizza place so you literary don't have to move, you'll have it all at your fingertips. Bus stop is 1 minute down in the street, but the city center is really close, 10-15 minutes walk, depending on your pace, if you take the Byron avenue, which we encourage to do in order to enjoy beautiful old buildings, representing a century old Cypriot architecture.
