I have been hosting guests since 2021 in traditional Cyprus Houses, all in the area of Pallouriotissa. We also make our own wine, pomegranate and sweet wine at our vineyard and farm. We also during the year host a number of events including wine tasting, cyprus night etc. We are interested in creating a home away from home for our guests in Traditional Cyprus Architecture residences.

Property info

Our property is a traditional Cypriot listed house initially build 1914 which has been fully renovated recently, located in old Pallouriotissa. Pallouriotissa is 6 minute walk to the old city of Nicosia (at Famagusta Gate). If you walk for another 20 minutes through the old city of Nicosia you will reach Ledra street which is our most famous street. Our area has parking, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, bakeries etc all within short walking distance of the residences.

Neighborhood info

Our area is Pallouriotissa, which has a huge history from at least the third century AD. It is like living in a small village at the centre of town, with all the facilities nearby and within walking distance. It is a designated area of cypriot architecture.
