1 Room with large queensize bed 160 cm x 200 cm available for 1 or 2 friendly & respectful, trustable, tidy persons in a lovely & quite location in Ayia Thekla, 4 car min from Ayia Napa. The house is a 3 bed room house. The room one with some nice aminities is for you. The others are used by me, remote worker, friendly, German Fitness guy. The house has heating, cooling (AC), a large LED TV, a kitchen, water dispenser, warm water, sofa, big mirror, two balconys a lovely terrace with gym equip.
