Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients

This one-of-a-kind villa stands on a plot of 300sqm of teak decking and real grass garden. As you walk into the villa, you will find the very spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable and modern sofa set, widescreen rotating TV (can be watched while sitting in the pool) with UK and Russian satellite channels and WIFI connection with 20Mbps speed. The dining area has seating for 8 persons, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which open up completely allowing the indoor living room merge with the outdoor deck and pool making it a huge in’n’out space. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC and a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds.

Neighborhood info

Located within a few minutes walk of sandy beaches and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, this area of Kapparis is a great base for a relaxing holiday. The larger resort of Protaras is just a 5 minute drive away.
