We are happy to welcome you to our new house, which we have tried to make for you as a luxurious second home, to experience your wonderful holiday in Cyprus. You can use the house all year round as it has a heated pool (for a fee) and a hot tub with wood heating and the house has central gas heating and in the summer you can use 4 wind free air conditioners.
The house underwent a complete reconstruction in the summer of 2025.
The house has 4 bedrooms equipped with TV and new air conditioners, it is suitable for a maximum of 10 people.
You use 3 bathrooms, a living room with TV and XBOX. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is also an American refrigerator with ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven and induction hob, electric grill, Nespresso coffee maker. Indoor kitchen seating for perfect dining.
The pool is large. In the cold months you can heat the pool (for a fee) or use the jacuzzi,or just laze under the parasol on the sun loungers.
There is also a luxurious outdoor shower and barbecue area by the pool.
The outdoor seating under the gazebo with lighting will definitely make your perfect holiday in Cyprus.
There is parking for 2 cars.

Villa Elia Blue is located on a very quiet street. Perfect for a family vacation or a great relaxation.
There are many great beaches in the area. The nearest one is about 5 minutes walk away and there is a restaurant and a beautiful church. And right next door you have the opportunity to use another beach for young people with a local bar, there is the possibility of diving with an instructor. Fishing. And exclusively only here Fantastic experience deep water scooter.
Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented on the beach for a fee - cheap. There are no jellyfish in the area!
2 minutes by car is the new port of Paralimni.
Within easy reach are supermarkets, restaurants, which are top-notch and open all year round.
Buggies can be rented in the area. We can help you rent a car at the airport (the company has full car insurance included in the price and there is also the possibility of going on a trip to North Cyprus), order a taxi and plan trips to the area.
