This beautiful 4 bedroom villa has it all! It is sited on a large corner plot has a gated private swimming pool for children's safety large covered pergola for alfresco dining. The villa has free wifi and English TV on offer and is tastefully furnished throughout, including rattan furniture which can be used inside or out. There are numerous sun beds with cushions for relaxing in positions to suit your mood. Pool side shower available. The villa grounds are mainly tiled for cleanliness and ease of care. The 4 bed roomed property has fitted wardrobes dressing tables and chairs and bedside units. sleeping 8 guests. 3 bedrooms have patio doors to balconies. Gary & Mary Eccles reside in Lowestoft, Suffolk UK. They have owned the property since 2005 and purchased it newly built to their requirements. Gary is semi retired and Mary is a retired local Councillor having served for 21 years. They and their families periodically holiday at the Villa, the rest of the time it is rented out to mixed nationalities very successfully, many families have returned time and time again.
Villa Garmar is located on a small development in the Kapparis area which is a short drive/bus ride to Pernera and Protaras. It is located a short walk to Malama & Ayia Triada sandy beaches each of which have recently built toilet facilities, cafe bars and sun bed hire. The surrounding area to the Villa is quiet and residential. To the rear of the property is a small pleasant green area which has infants playground, this can of course be used by clients. Kennedy Avenue is a short walk away where once can find small supermarkets/shops, bank, ATMs, bars, tavernas and restaurants two suit all tastes. a regular us service runs to Pernara, Protaras, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and even further to the only divided city in the world of Nicosia.
