Since our kids were born our life changed upside down, the most significant change happened on the way we plan our holidays. Hotels are not convenient as used to be when we were couples only, rooms are small, corridors are noisy exactly when kids go to sleep, busy, crowded, kids have to share the facilities with others, time rush for meals with kids is painful. that’s make me think about alternative, holiday with freedom, privacy, our pool and our facilities, our food, only us. we thought about book an entire place. After our first holiday in a villa, I wasn’t satisfied, no doubt Villa is way better than hotel with kids but it’s not perfect, something always missing, owner didn’t think about everything, I decided to buy my own holiday villa and make it perfect, we bought Villa Lynn boutique seafront 2015, and we made it perfect as its going to be our house. We decided to rent it out when we are not around, we got loads of booking, amazing reviews from people appreciate what we did, we noticed we doing something special, the idea grow to a little business, Perfecticos ltd. own 6 luxury family holiday places, four sea side villas, one 5-bedroom mansion in the forest of Protaras and a little 7 bedroom palace Grand villa Lynn.

Villa Lynn Boutique is a modern -new developed property which located in a quiet area with a stunning view only few minutes walk from the amazing Ayia Thekla Beach The villa offers a spacious modern kitchen, living and dining areas, which have access to the private swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a spectacular view.Around swimming pool there are speaker system which can connect with devices. There are a ping-pong and children games around the garden area which is suitable for children and adults. Additionally in the garden area there is barbecue place-with outdoor bar On the first floor you will find 3 modern design bedrooms with private balcony and an en-suite in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom Around the pool area there are music speakers. The villa provides cable Tv system,Netflix Access and Playstation 4
