Since our kids were born our life changed upside down, the most significant change happened on the way we plan our holidays. Hotels are not convenient as used to be when we were couples only, rooms are small, corridors are noisy exactly when kids go to sleep, busy, crowded, kids have to share the facilities with others, time rush for meals with kids is painful. that’s make me think about alternative, holiday with freedom, privacy, our pool and our facilities, our food, only us. we thought about book an entire place. After our first holiday in a villa, I wasn’t satisfied, no doubt Villa is way better than hotel with kids but it’s not perfect, something always missing, owner didn’t think about everything, I decided to buy my own holiday villa and make it perfect, we bought Villa Lynn boutique seafront 2015, and we made it perfect as its going to be our house. We decided to rent it out when we are not around, we got loads of booking, amazing reviews from people appreciate what we did, we noticed we doing something special, the idea grow to a little business, Perfecticos ltd. own 6 luxury family holiday places, four sea side villas, one 5-bedroom mansion in the forest of Protaras and a little 7 bedroom palace Grand villa Lynn.

Unobstructed sea view villa Located just 150 meters from the tourquiz ayia thekla beach. The villa has 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, a 5*10 pool , 1 min walk from Supermarket and a sandy beach is a 5-minute walk. nearby there are 2 beach restaurants, a new beach bar suitable for night drinks and sunset view just 5 min away by feet in front of the villa. you dont need to rent a car when you staying in this villa. Villa with sea views is equipped with care for your comfort and is fully air-conditioned. all bedrooms have a super king size beds, the master bedroom has a built-in bathroom with shower and toilet . The other Two bedrooms share a family bathroom. The living room has a couch, coffee table, TV, Netflix. Amazon Prime The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine. All cutlery are available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table for 7 people. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet also. Doors from the living room lead onto a spacious shaded terrace in front of the pool. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. The villa provides cable TV system, Netflix Access and there are a swings, slides and sea-saw for kids with sea view for parents.
