Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners and our clients.

his elegant and inviting 4 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, just a few minutes walk to the main Protaras strip and the beaches and amenities. Its classic décor and furnishings, sizeable garden and tranquil surroundings make this the perfect villa for family or friends looking for a comfortable and peaceful holiday The ground floor of the villa features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool, and offering picturesque hill and sea views. The living room provides comfortable sofas and widescreen TV; the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is complete with all modern appliances and utensils needed for your self-catering stay, as well as a breakfast bar with extra seating for two people. One of the double bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower and WC. In addition, there are patio doors in here that lead to the garden A guest WC is on this floor.
