Protaras Holiday Villa Nicol 21 is located in a quiet complex which features a distinguished Cycladic architecture and it is just 3 minutes walk to two beautiful beaches, Sirena Bay and Crystal Springs Hotel. It is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property fully equipped with all modern amenities, fully air-conditioned and has been decorated with care and taste with many small details to make the beautiful villa a “home away from home”. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 8 people, a comfortable sofa and armchair, a large flat-screen TV and a WC. On the second floor, the villa features the family bathroom (newly renovated), the master bedroom with a double bed and balcony with Sirena Bay sea view and the second bedroom consisting of a single bed and a double bed. Further up, there is also a small area with a sofa bed (double), ceiling fan and a small roof garden with excellent sea view. The outside offers a small private swimming pool (3m X 5m, depth 90cm up to 1.60cm) and a fully furnished patio with sunbeds, sofa set, dining table and chairs as well as a BBQ.
Hi, I'm Christina! I was born in Cyprus and grew up in Nicosia, I'm in my early 50s and a mother of 2 boys. I'm a big fan of anything that involves the ocean and starts with an “s”, such as scuba diving, swimming, sailing, snorkelling, sunbathing and seafood :). I also love music, animals, and sports especially snow skiing. I’m characterised as a fun, easy-going and friendly person and I really love meeting new people from different parts of the world. I look forward to connecting with you as a host and make your stay at Villa Nicol 21 worth your money.
Within a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa, you will find a bus stop, a kiosk, mini-supermarket store, a typical English pub, Aigialos Beach Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for people of all ages...the famous Sirena Bay. Less than 3 minutes’ drive away is the more local town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own strip of restaurants which are favoured amongst the locals for their high quality. At Central Protaras which is only 2 km away, you can also find many beautiful beaches including two of the World’s Top-25 Beaches, the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and thriving night-life in the summer months. There is also a Water Park and Aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest waterpark in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10 km away. In front of Sirena Bay and the complex, there is a new coastal walkway that has been built to link Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair.
