This two bedroom townhouse situated on a 5* luxury resort in Kapparis is ideal for a short term holiday residence. Both bedrooms offer a double bed and are generous in size with a family sized bathroom. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen and ample living space opening out into a spacious garden patio with a BBQ. Facilities available on the resort include a gymnasium, spa and fitness centre, two communal swimming pools, childrens' pool, childrens' play area and tennis courts. The resort has private gated access and each apartment and townhouse has designated parking. Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro100 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host.
