Ahauser holiday apartment 48sqm is a newly built holiday apartment with almost all amenities for a comfortable stay close to nature. The equipment is almost complete, towels, bed linen, soap, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, etc. are available. A new kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, hot air fryer, food processors + all kitchen utensils are available. If required, I can provide you with a drawer in our freezer which is needed for any frozen products. Attention: Due to poor reviews regarding our WiFi, measures have been initiated. On December 18, 2024, the entire infrastructure for the guest WiFi was checked and optimized so that sufficient download speed (currently 50Mbits) is now available in all areas of the apartments. :-)

I look forward to welcoming nice guests and try to make their stay as pleasant as possible. On my property we love the coziness, the village peace and quiet and enjoy the surrounding nature. Ahausen is a small town near Rotenburg/Wümme and has around 1800 inhabitants. We have an easily accessible village shop (EDEKA) with fresh bread rolls and all basic groceries. There is also a wine studio and other small shops on the main street. We do larger shopping in the town of Rotenburg, Sottrum, Verden/Aller, 12 km away, or in the Dodenhof shopping center, all around 15 km away. I am usually available 24/7 on my cell phone. In emergencies, direct contact is also possible by ringing my doorbell. In the apartment you will find specially compiled documents for your stay with all relevant information, tips and advice as well as seasonal discount cards for event parks, events or other events. No-Go's: Drug consumption of any kind (even legal drugs such as cannabis) is not tolerated, neither inside nor outside the apartment. Violations will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and immediate eviction from the apartment without any right to a refund or partial refund.

This adjacent nature with all its possibilities to relax on long walks, enjoy bike tours or unwind on trips to the not too far away recreational areas (e.g. Lüneburg Heath, Wümme lowlands, NABU nature reserves) or on hikes on the northern trails of the region (for people who prefer flatland hiking). The apartments are a perfect starting point for your activities for nearby event parks such as Magic Park Verden, Heide Park Soltau and Serengeti Park Hodenhagen etc. It is only 20 minutes to Bremen with many other activities such as the Bremen Town Musicians, trade fairs etc. During week days, Bus and train connections to Rotenburg/Wümme and from there to Hamburg or Bremen are also possible, so your car can just stay where it is. On weekends, public transport is very limited between Ahausen and Rotenburg Wümme. ROW is only 10km away and can be easily reached by bike. Touring bikes with gears are available free of charge. Walsrode Bird Park is 45 km from the apartment, while Bremen Central Station is 46 km away. Bremen Airport is 41 km away. Magic Park Verden is 15 km away from Ahausen. The highlight of the region for nature lovers, Wolfscenter Dörverden, is just 35 minutes away. The Dodenhof shopping center and the Bremen Weserpark can also be reached in less than 20 minutes. Sottrum and Rotenburg Wümme are only 10 km away, so everything you need is definitely nearby.
