Hallo zusammen, ich biete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung im schönen Kölner Stadtteil Klettenberg an. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 140*200 cm Bett, inklusive einer neuen Matratze. Küche und Bad können gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Es ist kein Raucher Haushalt. Selbstverständlich ist die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und ihr seid herzlich eingeladen euch etwas Leckeres zu zaubern. Platz im Kühlschrank wird gestellt und gerne könnt ihr euch einen Kaffee und Tee zubereiten.
Ich bin Patrick, ich bin IT‑Berater und sehr sportlich. Ich mache Fitness, gehe laufen und spiele Fußball
Die Gegend ist bekannt für ihre grünen Parks und die gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten findet ihr zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes in denen man wunderbar frühstücken oder auch essen kann. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende geeignet.
