Modernes Wohnen in idyllischer Lage Willkommen im Apartment Romi, einer hellen und großzügigen Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung im 1. Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in Kümmerazhofen bei Bad Waldsee. In dörflicher, ruhiger Atmosphäre gelegen und dennoch hervorragend angebunden, vereint das Apartment Erholung und Komfort auf 46 m² Wohnfläche. Das Gebäude wurde 2022 erbaut, das Apartment selbst 2026 fertiggestellt – Sie wohnen also in einem modernen Neubau mit hochwertiger Ausstattung.
Die Lage bietet eine sehr gute Anbindung: Bad Waldsee erreichen Sie in ca. 10 Minuten, Ravensburg in ca. 15 Minuten und den Bodensee in ca. 35 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt und Bäcker befinden sich nur etwa 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt.
